HAPPY HUNTER ASSOCIATION WEBSITE GUIDELINES

This is a private website intended for use by members of the Hunter’s Run Association only. Participation is voluntary and contingent on agreeing to abide by all guidelines and policies. Guidelines will be reviewed as necessary and updated upon approval of the Hunter’s Run Association (HR) Board.

By registering for this site, all participants acknowledge they have read and agreed to the guidelines and policies stated below. The HR Association Board and site administrators reserve the right to remove any content or members that violate these guidelines.

  • Be respectful to your neighbors

Remember that you are speaking to your real neighbors. Everyone should feel welcome, safe, and respected when using the website. Personal attacks (both direct and inferred), defamatory comments, accusations, or profane language are not permitted. Neighbor-to-neighbor issues should be handled directly, via private email, or through the Park office.

Racism, hateful language, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Any content that is considered offensive, fraudulent, deceptive, inciting violence or promoting scams are prohibited.

The goal of the website is to provide members a tool to share information (Resident Chatter), sell precious belongings (Classified), and keep up-to-date on the activities in the Park (Association News, Calendar, Activities, etc). Discussions and different viewpoints are welcomed as long as the dialog remains civil and respectful of others.

  • Site Maintenance and clean-up

Inactive and out of date postings will be reviewed and removed periodically.

All concerns regarding the contents of any posts should be submitted to the website administrators via “Contact Website Administrators” located under “Contact Us and Support”. Please provide supporting details on the reasons for concern.

Violations of the association guidelines may result in one or more of following:

  • Removal of the posting in question.
  • Contacting the member(s) with a warning.
  • Placing the member(s) on "read-only" access (meaning that they cannot post messages), temporarily or permanently.
  • Disabling the member(s)’ account temporarily or permanently
  • Notification to the Hunter’s Run Main Office

Member requests to reconsider any actions must be submitted in writing to the Hunter’s Run Association Board.
